Its a little earlier than I had initially planned, but he's doing so well I thought to try a small weaner rat.
I'll let you know how it goes 
He didn't hesitate to sniff, he had it snatched and coiled in less than 3 seconds lol and swallowed in 6 mins. |

congrats, i didn't have any trouble switching grace to rats. its a nice feeling when they take the first rat
got to switch cilla to rats when i next order a batch of food |

Hiya Hayden, I overlapped your reply :)
I hadn't planned on feeding mice until Fea, my Boa and Slinky the Royal reached 1 year. I have brought Fea forward by 3 months as Boas are chunky and although he isn't thin, I believe he could be a little wider. Slinky on the other hand is staying on Jumbos as he's already over the average weight for his age lol |

When I bought Clank, I was told he was on mice. I hated to hear that so I got him on rats after the first feed :) Now I just leave the rats in and he drags them into his house. |
