My brother and his wife are up for a week from Bucks so I volunteered to do a meal
So i'm doing a 12lb Rib Roast and steamed veg..4 hrs cooking lol
Then i'd better do some Yorkshire puddings, homemade gravy..oh and I baked a Coffee & Walnut gateau last night.
Of course I will also have my VIP guests..3 of em as Ra was fed last night hehe..oops 4 as Gimli will make an appearance.
Hoping this won't be my first culinary disaster.. |

I thought there was a gorse fire on the mountain opposite my house, but now after reading this thread I know what the burning smell was. |

Kit's birthday, I had Fea out and he was being nosey..even got involved with opening the cream tub and he held the bowl while I whipped it.
So he'll be out for sure..he's my baby :) |

Mmmm sounds delicious!! Have a great time with your family 
Make sure you don't get the food mixed up though and feed the roast to the snakes and a platter of mice to your guests
