Posted - 22/06/2012 : 07:55:11 If you're talking about having more than one royal in a viv, then most will say no it's not a good idea. If you had two as a pair from the get go and had no choice but to cohabit then so be it.
If your thinking of introducing a new species into an existing animals enclosure them your definatley heading in the wrong direction
If you're not on a position to supply a second animal with its own environment ( viv/RUB what ever it be) then I'd suggest you listen to your gf's advice and leave it be for now. It's not very often you'll here me say listen to your gf either |

Posted - 22/06/2012 : 01:37:08 Hello. I and I think nearly everybody else on here would advise you not to cohabit for potential health reasons, competition over the best hides etc. And especially with a boa, as boas can carry a disease called ibd, which if a royal caught im almost certain would be fatal. Sorry I couldn't give you a more detailed answer, but there are plenty of other people on here with vast knowledge that can help and advise. |
