my snake finally eat last monday for the 1st time(only a mouse pinkie, but its a start)but have tried him on a larger mouse and a rat pup since, and he has bit both but not swallowed either. as he wont strike at anything, i dont know or have'nt seen why he wont swallow them, but know he is biting them cuz he leaves marks on them. any ideas why, or wot 2 do next? also his eyes r glazing over so i think he is due 2 shed soon so could that have anything 2 do with it. |

dont understand why he would bite at both but not eat. how long after there eyes change colour do they shed? |

Could well be coming up for a shed and a lot won't eat during that time. |
