yeah that sort of thing, like Tamodine comes in a 100ml bottle, you've got to have a pretty horrific injury to use that amount of Tamodine............... in which case you'll probably be in the car on the way to the vets anyway!! or spend a fortune on big bottles and tubs of stuff and it just sits there and goes out of date.
this way it's minimum out-lay, minimum waste if you don't have any emergencies to deal in the few years it should take to go out of date, and if you do need it it will tide you over till you can get to a rep shop or vet.

will cost everything and will hopefully have a definite price by the end of the week

ooo i am definately interested in that, is it along the similar lines as hers e.g smaller "emergency" sized pots and opposed to spending a lot of money on a big pot?
what sort of prices are you looking at?
thankyou :)

ar$e! i've been asking on TCS if anyone wants one and i'll put one together as cheaply as possible. (cheaper than the one you linked to cat and more specific to snakes - from the list of contents from that website i'd say you're unlikely to need ACE high, Avipro and Limestone flour for snakes)

i was going to include:
Reptoboost
Tamodine (reptile-safe not just any iodine)
quick-stop matches {like a styptic pencil, to stop minor bleeding)
pod of saline (for flushing a wound)
1ml syringe
2ml syringe
swabs
..........all complete with long expiry dates and instructions for use.
