Posted - 06/10/2009 : 21:29:07 Sid, our baby, doesn;t seem interested in feeding. I;ve been reading some other posts and I notice that you guys are all mentioning assisting your snakes in feeding and I have no idea what that means? Also I would like some advice as to when to start worrying if he doesn;t eat? What signs should we look out for ect. Any advice is gratefully received Thanks |

Posted - 23/10/2009 : 11:16:43 he probably just ate it really fast as hes not eaten for a while.. one of my corns wont eat when shedding so misses 2feeds meaning that he wont have eaten for nearly 3 weeks and he always races his food once hes shed! |

Posted - 23/10/2009 : 10:46:04 Hi all Well I've just tried Sid again and he almost took my hand off trying to get the fluff. This leads to another question though. He swallowed the whole thing within minutes and I wanted to check that's not too quick and that it's not a sign he either needs bigger or more than one??? Any advice please? |

Posted - 18/10/2009 : 22:11:49 I felt so elated when he struck but now I feel really frustrated. Guess I'll leave it for another week and try again. |

Posted - 12/10/2009 : 20:16:52 Don't try more often than every 5 days. |

Posted - 12/10/2009 : 19:43:06 Tried for about 30 minutes max. I was worried that it might put him off it even more if I tried to long. SI'll try leavging it in RUB if he doesn't strike feed next time. Should I leave it in any particular end or space? |

Posted - 11/10/2009 : 20:41:24 as said above he is a good weight so you can relax a bit. leave it 5days and try again as BE said at a low level. if he doesn't take it leave it in is rub over night. and see if he takes it. Only as you mentioned it but how are you trying to find him? as in how long are you trying. etc |

Posted - 11/10/2009 : 18:18:41 A good weight then, don't worry about the not feeding yet. Try offering again in 5 days and if no success, re-weigh. |

Posted - 11/10/2009 : 17:40:51 Only reason I ask is cause there's no floor space to walk the fluff along? |
