Just cleaned out sevvi's water bowl and there were some small (0.5-1mm)white things swimming around. They do not look like snake mites (white and long)and I haven't put anything in the viv that hasn't been heat treated. Are they a different type of mite? What do I need to do? They look like the ones you find in invert tanks all the time.

If they are really small and white they could be springtails

Too small. Not seen anything since I cleaned the tank out. Nothing on him. Think it's prob wood mites? Keep my substrate in the freezer though.
