Hi Caris is going into a shed, her head skin has come off but the rest of the body just looks very wrinkly and maybe only a couple scales lifting up, so far I've put an extra bowl in the warm end, does this all sound normal?

you could put a moss box in too or a damp flannel under the heat source, this will increase the humidity

Pretty much all the head including caps, will try a damp towel in a bit

sounds like the snake has had a bad shed if its only come off the head, has the eye caps come off?

you can help the process along buy placing the snake in a damp pillow case, tie a knot in the top and place back in the viv for about 30 mins, not under the heat source though. you can also get a damp towel and and let the snake slither through it as you gently hold the towel around the snake
