Another probably asked many times before question. Our royal has only partly shed. Assume it's because our temps and humiditywere too low in his old viv. Now he has a new one which is much better. Two questions really. Should we be trying to remove the skin that hasn't come off, and the other question, what are ideal royal temps and humidity to avoid a repeat issue?

put some warm water in a rub (only shallow so its half way up the snake) let him soak for 5-10 mins supervised then place him in a damp pillowcase tie the top an let him move around in there for 15 mins or so again supervised. this should help get the shed off
