I'm a little worried, its Fea and I have had him just over three months now. My worry is that in that time I have only seen two poops. He feeds once every 7 days on a large mouse, he's growing nicely with no obvious signs of bloating. Is this normal for a young boa? He's 6.5 months old.
Thanks :) |

Posted - 29/03/2012 : 01:02:31 Thanks Rob :) I'll keep a look out, but won't worry.
As to Rats, i'm going to try them both on em beginning of Sept, but as to size he's growing at alarming speed as it is lol I want them taking Jumbo mice before the switch..I think I have about 15 large left. |

Posted - 29/03/2012 : 00:48:04 They go when they need to go. TO ease your mind, this is Sanke's poop record in reverse order:
11/03/12 10/02/12 18/01/12 11/12/11 13/11/11 06/10/11 09/09/11 02/08/11
So Sanke is a once a month kind of girl, almost like clockwork.
And dont shoot the messenger but you might want to try a rat now, start mixing between that and mice on the way to switching. I promise you without an ounce of doubt you will notice a growth spurt and also muscle mass increase. |
