Posted - 08/07/2012 : 11:37:15 Hello. well Boris hasnt eaten for 3 weeks now. That's not all though. When I came in from work at 1am he was in his water bowl. Got up this morning & he is still there. He doesnt have mites and I cant see any sign of a shed. (do Pastels eyes go blue?) Any advice? |

Pandora is a boa though where soaking doesnt do much harm ;).
I would look at your temps see if they are where they should be. Is possible its coming uppto shed

Posted - 09/07/2012 : 11:54:10 They have a 100wt heat lamp. Been back to the reptile shop. They said he is fine. They also said he spent quite a lot of time in his water bowl when they had him! They said if he hasnt eaten in 3/4 weeks then they will try him on a gerbil or a hamster. At least they put my mind at rest. He is so different from Sas. |

Can't they see blue light somewhat,I thought it was red light that snakes couldn't see,at the other end of the spectrum to blue.Is it the moonlight heatlamp you're using?
