can a male be breed with a few female and if so how many is average like 2-3 females per male
and also for morphs would you have a more usable morph as male ?
male Black Pastel with females morphs of
Pastel = Black Pewter Spider = Black Spider Pastel/Spider = Black Widow

Posted - 01/05/2011 : 18:44:05 the rule usually is 3 days on, 3 days off, so 3 days mating with one female, then 3 days rest for the male you alternate this and each 3 days for breeding breed with different females and no theres not much to do between each seperation apart from check them both over for general things and make sure they are in good health conditions each time |

Posted - 01/05/2011 : 18:04:20 i have read about introducing male to the female for a few days say 5 then give them a brake for a few days then reintroduce
how would this work if you had 1 male say 3 females
would you introduce a few time to the first then move on to the next for a few times and so on
is there any thing i should be doing between introduction with different females like baths to remove sent of other female's

Posted - 01/05/2011 : 11:24:15 yes, i would say that one male could go each breeding season to about 3 females on teh what the male should be morphs wise, it all depends on what you want to create, so say if you want to create a bumblebee (pastel x spider), a pewter (pastel x cinnamon) and lemon blast (pastel x pinstripe) then you would go for a male pastel and the multiple females, but it all depends on what you want ot create |
