well i gave up on the male as he never seemed interested, and then someone i now local ot me gave me a huge opportunity and she has been at has for 2 weeks now. unfortunatly though, as luck would have it, the first week his male went into shed, and now my female has gone into shed. so fingers crossed after she has shed they will start to do the deed at his

well shes shed so ive marked 30/3 down to check
sod knows if it was the pre layed shed or not
will be keeping a close eye on her heat seeking and weight
Kelfezond Posted - 26/02/2012 : 22:19:38
I know lol they do it every single time I introduce
reptiledanny Posted - 26/02/2012 : 21:52:05
if youve not actually seen an ovulation in her it could be her pre-ovulation shed. unless you managed to sneak the ovulation by you but most of the time its hard to miss. either way she looks like she is guna drop some eggs some time this year
jbarlow91 Posted - 26/02/2012 : 19:23:42
35! Lol bet the male can't believe his look
Evolution Morphs Posted - 26/02/2012 : 18:01:05
Oh well then you got one worries
Only a matter of time

Good luck :)
Kelfezond Posted - 26/02/2012 : 17:31:36
It's a fire x fire pairing and yeah I've seen about 35 locks now :P they do nothing but sex it up lol
Evolution Morphs Posted - 26/02/2012 : 17:05:05
That's bad luck (at the moment) kelfezond
Have you seen and locks also what's the pairing
There still loads of time left and I'm sure she will go very soon

I have a spider het og at about 1500 grams at the moment not paired her with anything
I don't really know what to do
well
One half is saying get the male pin in there For a shot at some spinners
The others saying wait till the pewters upto weight and give him ago for a shot at some bumblebees , pewter bees, Cinnibees

Edit: thanks bats I thought I'd post a pic her as Id like some people to comment on if it's her pre lay shed I asked on another forum and 2 said yes she looks full of eggs
And with the post on here it's got to be :)

First time breeding and very nervous and excited
Just hope she don't slug out on me

When I saw your pics I referred straight to the Markus Jayne site as your girl reminded me very much of MJ's pics ...I've no experience of breeding but from what info I've gleaned, your lass does look like she's expecting eggs - fingers crossed and all the best for a great clutch!
Kelfezond Posted - 26/02/2012 : 16:56:29
Oh you're so lucky to get that, My girls gone up in weight by loads and she looks massive but no cold end awter bowl hugging, no inverted laying, no signs at all other than the massive weight increase
Evolution Morphs Posted - 26/02/2012 : 16:18:14
Thanks guys

I take it she has had her ovulation

Seen this girl laying on her sides a few times and in the cold end wrapped around her bowl
And now she's in her hot end hide

All promising signs going by that Markus Jayne guide

Looks like her tails been sucked up

Only time will tell after she's shed ill try and get some pics of her
Hanging down to show her bulge (I hope)

She feels really hard at the moment
Tryed feeling for the eggs but bugger knows lol
reptiledanny Posted - 26/02/2012 : 15:40:22
