I'm just trying to buy the odd thing here and there so that I am ready when I breed my two royals, in the next year or two. been looking at incubators, as I am no good with DIY so don't want to make my own.

has anyone used this before, and is it worth the money?

Probably not unless it gets well over the due date, wouldn't want to risk damaging them and my hands shake like mad when I'm nervous lol

Seems like they all have the own little ways of dealing with building lol

Roll on around the 25 July

Will keep an eye out for pics :)

Will you be cutting your eggs ?
Kelfezond Posted - 22/05/2012 : 14:27:05
It's weird Savina didn't do any soaking, she didn't wrap the bowl, the only sign she showed (apart from getting huge) was laying inverted and she only did that 3 times to my count :P difficult snake!

They're due to hatch july 25th I think I don't want to start counting days haha

Yours will be dropping soon I bet, can't wait to compare pictures

How many days now then ?
100000000 lol

It's going to be a long wait for me looks like my girl is still building
Soaking in her water bowl over 3 days so far she looks like she's getting bigger
Off food for 3 weeks now so looks promising (I hope) lol

Good luck building one Matthew

Kel
Did you add more water and tilt the box for condensation dripping ?
jhk2005 Posted - 22/05/2012 : 12:28:32
I was lucky to get a second-hand one of these for £60 but no eggs yet?! been breeding patty and becks together since last october but despite loads of locks, no signs of ovulation yet, so its just collecting dust atm :(

If my eggs hatch okay I'll do a video of how I made mine :)

Do you have a link to a video for that kind of setup? I've seen fridge ones and don't want to attempt it, but that sounds simple enough

They are so easy to make, theres really no need to buy one. Your rep shop should be able to get you a polystyrene box then you just need a pulse stat and a heat mat.

You might get one clutch in there
Ok if you want it for one female
If your no good at DIY

Maybe get one of these
