Right guys as you know I have a Mojave Male.
I was thinking of a future project to breed in the long off distant future, I began to think of what I could buy in the next few months or next season. A cb12 or 13 female to grow and love, then years and years down the line breed the once (provided weight is correct)
Options are as follows:
Butter (£300ish)
Lesser (£300ish)
Mystic (£700ish)
Spider-Lesser-Plat (£500ish) not too sure on the spider gene tho
or
what else would give me some nice possible morphs
I would love a BEL or a Mystic potion but am really torn at the moment, the reason I want to breed is to have the accomplisment of a home bred keeper snake that I can say I have his/her parents and bred by me. Its not an investment (for resale etc) just a home project (any funds made would be used to fund future snakes) 
Ideas and advise most welcome |

Well my local brought back some lovely royals, its a shame they dont fit into my long term plans.
So it looks like I am back to square one and edging ever closer to a female butter  |

I just love the possibilties
CPR have a nice butter for 300, which has me tempted. But I have to hold on just to see what my local brings back from Holland. Plus its my birthday in Feb, so I can try to wrangle the xmass and birthday present line into one
I think I will need to build a mini rack to hold 3/4 Royals at this rate. Which wont be a problem provided it looks pretty for the missus :)
Side track question:
Do you guys keep your adults in 50ltr rubs??? |

I'm gonna pair one of my mojos to my mystic. My other will be paired with my hgwg.
Special is another good choice, you could get crystals.
Mojo works with most things. Enchi is a cheaper morph that would be a good option. Mochis are nice and everyone seems to love enchi at the moment. |

I do like the possiblities of throwing a mystic in the mix, just the price is scary. But you get what you pay for I guess :) and to think I almost bought a corn snake in the very beginning lol
Maybe I can sneak in a mystic and a butter lol.
The office/snake room is getting full and I havent even moved in yet lol.
My local reptile shop is off to the dutch show on the 02/12 so gonna also see what they bring back (Loki is Dutch or German) as they know I am interested in getting another |
