Just a quicky

Do bumblebees change with age? I know the pastel gene is in there so do the brown up as they get older?

I will echo they will brown out no matter what line of pastel

Hatchlings look very nice

And adults not so much
All depends what morph though

He's pretty clean. The fewer brown spots, the better. It's also good to know which line of pastel he is.
Mine is a citrus and she's hardly browned at all.

If you can find a clean one like this, they can hold their colour quite well. Poor examples end up looking like spiders.
