Hi Guys! I'm new and always read info and topic threads on here and thought maybe someone could help me!

We have had our new boy for about 3 months and he is a re-home.
He came to us in pretty bad nic, under fed, in totally wrong housing, retaining shed on his tail with a slimy water bowl, it was awful, and I only walked away with him out of sympathy and his, despite the odds, beautiful temperament!
He has been doing great putting on weight, shedding nicely and is a pleasant little chap!
He was sold as a normal orange ghost morph but looking at on line images I'm not so sure? You guys seem to know your morphs so thought i'd ask if anyone could identify what he is, just so I know really, I'm not fussed what as he is such a lovely little guy but would be great to know!

Here he is he is about 8 months old (going on what we were told) and still a bit skinny but his weight is going up nicely.
hard to get a good pic of all of him as he is a fast little critter!

Ah thanks :)
They are! I had always wanted one but had to get round my husband as he thought I already have too many pets! :/
I originally wanted to start with a royal and was put off by the pet shop saying they are temperamental etc so we ended up getting Bojangles our boa but of course, we didn't stop there! Ended up getting a royal and they are very different but cant see why i was put off royals? I couldn't choose between them if I had to though there both so amazing! Bojangles even seeks me out for cuddles when I get him out! I would never have thought they would get to know their owner so well!
I love our boys there so much fun to spend time with and watch and I love their individual quirky little ways!
Husband still moans about all the pets mind! but he is a fan of the reps now!

I'm no good at morphs but he's stunning whatever he is!
Well done for giving him a good home. Rather special snakes aren't they?

Thanks guys :)
Buzz is a great little snake! I'm happy for him to be a normal, we wasn't fussed what we got but wanted to give a snake a good home rather than buy brand new as seems to be so many needing homes! You have helped answer my curiosity on the matter so thank you all for your knowledge!

Hi and welcome

Well done on giving a suffering animal a second chance at life

Your little fella looks like a normal and there's nothing wrong with that, it's not all about the morphs. Royals are beautiful snakes in their own right

For reference, world of ball pythons.com has a library of morphs that you can go and check on/drool over, found here http://www.worldofballpythons.com/morphs/orange-ghost/

Enjoy and, well done again

thank you :) He is doing really well now and i love him to bits, I know he isn't anything exciting like some of the sort after morphs but I'm pretty sure he isn't an orange ghost! although he seems a lot lighter than a normal/wild but thought this could be because he is young and he will darken as he gets bigger.
Thank you :)

First picture isn't working for me (on iPhone anyway)
But from the 2nd he is a normal or wild type which ever you prefer saying. But all royals including normals are nice and have their own attractive and quirky markings that make them all unique and individual. Good to hear he's now got a good home :)
