i have just set up a web cam in my corns viv using an old nokia n-95 bluetooth and a program designed for it called wwigo. now the tricky bit it has a record feature but is there any software to take that video and turn it into a timelapse, or play and save in fast motion.
TMPGENC is a great bit of video software. You can change the ammount of frames/second etc so you can make it run as fast as you want. It will also encode it to any video format you want and author it including menus ect.
