Tried to feed Percy today, first time since i got him a week ago, he striked and took it, squeezed most of its guts out too! but he didn't eat it, sniffed around it for a while then went under his log, should i have dryed the prey off cos it was still damp from being de-frosted or cld it have been that he squeezed out its guts that put him off?? any advice would be great thanx

Just decided it wasn't for him. Was he a rat or mouse feeder b4, could be he doesn't want mice...

I'd give him another week. As long as he's not malnourished he'll be fine
