Hi everyone my names Simon from S.Wales and i purchesed a royal python hatchling last sunday.Im keeping her in a RUB at the mo with loads of hides and temp are smack on.Just i tried this morning to give her a first feed and she didnt even bother didnt even like the look of it,i also split the brain but no joy.Is it to early and does she need more time to settling in.Thanks Simon.

Hi Simon, I would advise at least a week (which you have done) or two, with no handling and only disturbing to change the water.

Hi and welcome to the forum. Royals are nocturnal so probably best trying to feed her in the late evening.
