Checked on Kaz last night cos she is in shed...
god she is soooo thin, I sat there wondering if she is going to make it..
she has folds of skin by her neck where she is so thin...
so i need to know if it would hurt to try and feed her as she is in shed, her eyes have cleared, and i am waiting for the shed, but i am also real worried... |

till she came to me she was taking a pinkie maybe every 1-3 feeds on assist
she has taken for me
1 live multi pup 9g
1 defrost multi pup 10g
1 live multi weaner 13g
and 2 live rat pups 11g each.
then she went into shed.
I have more live mice here for her when she has shed, but i was toying with giving her a feeed today as her eyes have cleares, she needs it BE, badly |

Good news,
Kaz just shed complete and is now munching another live mouse...it is dead..
now maybe i can get cracking with her, have another three mice here so that is good for three more feeds...by which time i will have live multis..
so its looking good, and boy does she need to gain some nice weight... |

i am worrying because she is way thin, she has loose skin riund her neck, i can see her back bone and the bones on her head are prominent.

Though i was talking to someone the other day about live feeding and he told me it did not matter what live he gave his royals...if it had a heart beat they ate it...
takes him 30 minutes to feed all of his royals live and around two hours on defrost...lol.. |
