Sometimes when i handle my snake he will make a sound like sneeze and then about 30sec after he yawns, just wanted to know if snakes do sneeze? or if its not a sneeze then what is it? its like a small sharp exhail of air.

This could be the start of an RI, have you noticed any kind of mucus from around the nose/mouth?

no, there is no mucus around his nose or mouth, in his hot hide its at 33 and the area around it is at 30 on a day 25 at night, but he seems to spend most of his time under another log where there is damp moss (he hasn't shed in a while so think hw could be due), or it could be he finds that safer, will try to make his hot hide more succure.

Also, what is a RI? respiratory infection?

I agree with karl, sometimes when they are due to shed, they will open their mouth wide to loosen the skin, and the noise can be from loose skin in the nasal area.
