Hey Blackecho, your such a star for telling me to come here, its nice here
Ok, i have one more question, as i am using a ceramic to heat my viv now, i am worried about belly heat for my baby to be able to digest his food properly, i put a peace of bark under the ceramic but it does not really get that warm, how close does it need to be?, he likes it cos he sits on it at night when he wakes up...would the heat from above be enough for him to digest his meal?
Thank you |

The heat from above should be fine. The bark won't get hot as wood is a very good insulator. Instead I have flat rocks (from the garden centre) underneath my heat incase they want it, but as I said they should be fine without. |

It looks clean because if you look closely there's no glass and no snake, I think it was when I was just setting a viv up.
No, it doesn't get hot, just warm ish. |
