our young royal has just had a poor shed face and eyes clear but most of her shed still on her.gave her a warm bath which got rid of most of it going to give her another bath to day to see if i can get rid of the rest of it.see likes to stay in the cool end but going into her shed she stayed in the hot end.what i would like to know is can i leave damp moss in her cool end 24/7.

I have a moss hide in 24/7 over the heat mat at the cool end normally. When mine are molting I move it to the hot end under the ceramic instead. They both had perfect sheds since I started doing that. I think someone, probably BE or GP, suggested letting them run through a damp towel to loosen any stuck bits too. Let us know how it goes .

gave her another bath and run through a towel.she still has some along the neck but i am going to leave her alone for a while now with whats left on her now.last week i missed feeding her because of her shedding so after her bath we put her back in her viv to dry out then got her back out handled her for 10 mins then feed her.but the bath and wet towel works.
