Well i started to set up my viv yesterday and last night finished apart from the silk plants and branch which is drying. I thought i'd leave it for a week to monitor stats etc and that would give me time to add the leaves and branch. That all changed when we popped into our local reptile store to see what they had in we knew they had two males and that we could reserve one today. We ended up taking him home! They were about to feed them when we arrived so they did it in front of us this one was the only one who struck first time so we said we'd take him. The viv is ready i was up all night checking temps every hour! The thing is it seems so bare-i guess it will look more full when the leaves and branch are in. So Drazen is his name and he's in his viv as i speak a week early!! I need to find the lead for my phone and i'll post some pics
yeah he's settling in well having a good look around. I was a little worried about him travelling earlier too. But he only had a small feed and he seems ok, we were roasting in the car though with the heaters on and the windows shut! its just annoying now because i want to watch him but its too dark! I'm keeping the lights off though so he can calm down and settle. I'll be getting up at the crack of dawn though to watch him all day!
well done on your new addition, look forward to the pics..i know how easy it is to be smitten, i have gone from one Royal to getting my third snake next week....was out yesterday getting all the bits...
Drazen is a lovely name to...good luck with him....i bet he is gorgeous
