I am looking at going to one show this year, and i am thinking of Doncaster in June..by which time i am hoping to find a nice female royal

Is it easy to find when you get off the M1? I am not rich enough to own sat nav and my car was made before they started sticking them in cars.

It's quite easy, although the A1 is probably easier.

The way in from the M1 probably means a journey down the M18 and I usually avoid that way if I can.

Does the A1 mean it is more direct? i am not to far from the A1 and yes i googled it and it sent me via the M18, is that a busy or bad road?

I would probably get lost without directions from google..lol.

Even up the A1 you'd go on the M18.

Its quite easy really. M1 Jn32, M18 Jn3 go left off the slip road, over 2 roundabouts and follow the road around the lake.

Where are you from BE? and do your directions take me right there?

I always get lost following Google maps...

Yes the directions pretty much get you there (I'm not 100% on the M18 junction, I will check next time I use it). I was born in Enfield.

Its a shame the Ware show has been cancelled, that would have been better for you.

BE`s directions sound good.
I was born in S****horpe, only about 15 miles from Doncaster. It just depends on where the show is as to the junction you take.
Have lived in Portsmouth area now for many years, so waiting for one to be on down here.
A trip to Doncaster would be nice though, but would have to see what I am doing and it is a long way.
