Hi Danny, welcome to the forum. The best advice is probably to give your snake a good settling in period (a couple of weeks) with no handling. |

Hey up, increase the humidity when she shed's, don't handle too often (2-3 times a week) & get her onto rats, apart from that ENJOY!!! |

Hello Danny
Mice are fine for now, but you should think about moving her onto rats eventually, because adult mice will become too small for her as she grows. |

No, you want a prey item about the girth of the snake, ignore the head completely, they are well designed to stretch. I too would recommend getting them onto rats asap before they become addicted to mice. Even a hatchling Royal can take a Rat Pup. |

Hi Danny and welcome to the forum. So much advice for you all ready, bet your head is starting to spin a bit :-) I think my tip would be to go along with the advice found on here, but just see what works for your Royal, as they can be quite different in every way. |

HI Danny, no i would leave her now for a few days then offer her a rat pup see how she goes. How much does she weigh?
Dusk or night time are good times to feed as that is when they tend to hunt.. |
