I bought mine from John Berry http://www.bigreptileworld.co.uk/
Raytek MiniTemp. It's expensive but trust me you won't regret it and very accurate.

eBay from England is about £12.99
Or £8-£9 from china

I did check mine with a glass thermometer in hot water and pointed the heat gun at it and was spot on

Depends how much you want to spend on one really
