had to clean out the flat rock scorpion as the tub was full of mites so i decided to handle him before i put him back in the rub, he sat there quite happily while i took some pics.
didnt want to go back in the rub though was climbing up my hand every time i put my hand down so had to nudge him off with tweezers, anyway heres some pics

its amazing how light he is can hardly feel him on your hand

You might want to some day ; )

Random question but have you ever seen your Scorps under UV light?

I just had this thought that you could get some little night-light type things that would make the Scorps glow in the dark 0_o

Would look suitably spooky and so gadgy at the same time!

You gotta put up photos when you do find one : )

Are Red Claws an agressive species then, or did you just get the stroppy one?

I have a black light at work, I fully intend on ''borrowing'' it to get some pictures.

Well done you handling it, its pretty scary the first time, I got a very quick handle of my scorp, no pictures, it freaked out and it took a lot to just get it where I wanted it to go.
