Haven't had much of a chance to post an pictures of our new boa since we got her due to mites, but it looks like we're all clear now.
She came out for walkies just before our daughter went off to school this morning, and was still perched here when she got home.
She sat there for hours just watching the world go by.
I can't believe how laid back she is. Doesn't react to her head being stroked or lifting up her lips.
I took some close ups just to test the phones camera.
One of her polishing off her rat.
She loved this tree root, but had to remove it as it was impossible to get her out of her viv when wrapped around it.
And finally, having a cuddle.

| Little bugger snuk of jane tonight and squeezed under a cabinet. She was due a feed, so we defrosted a rat and slowly enticed her out. unfortunately she managed to strike it when only half way out. I had to grab her and ease her out. By the time I got her out she'd let go of the rat. Got her back in her viv and after reheating her rat, she took it straight away. So glad she ate it, as I thought the stress would have put her off her feed. |
