Adie sent me this picture asking what snake it was, I've not a clue! I don't even know if it's real or not haha.
Looks like a wagners viper but spraypainted blue lol |

Its hard to say for sure as the one you posted is taken from beneath and its extended. Pretty sure thats what it is..can't be many blue snakes with a red tail :)
They can be electic blue., but lost the link. |
