Hey Bell (lemonpastel) is a drop feeder, but hasnt fed with me yet in 2 and a half weeks,i know this is probably nothing to worry about, but would anyone have any advice on drop feeders?

Secondly I checked on her this morning, to find to my surprise a full shed from her, i didnt see any signs of her even being blue which is weird, maby its jsut hard to see with her colour, but atleast it was a perfect shed i supose lol.

Now she refused her rat last night and has taken to lying in a perfect coil, which ive never seen any of my snakes do before, weird lol. Dono whats up her feeding records show she was eating like a train before i got her, and shes 900g so clearly she likes her food no? lol...,meh im such a worrier :(

Matt.

I'm going to ask something that might sound silly but,
1, how old is she
2, how was she kept where you picked her up from.

I only ask cause apart from her weight it sounds as though she is gravid cause she used to eat readily before you got her and now nothing, she's had a shed and is lying in a perfect coil, I could be so far off base I'm on the moon lol but " if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck it must be a duck"

She was kept in quite a 12lt RUB which was prob quite small for her, she was kepts in a rack with other royals......
And thats what i was thinking after recently reading a breeding guide it was the first thing that poped into my head lol, but surly it cant even be possible? Shes far too light, i dono.. seems a bit weird

Flip, was jsut watching some stuff on youtube there, and head this strange noise coming from the rubracks, went over and pinpointed
it too Bell's rub, sounded like loud farting? must have went on for 10 sec or so, so i looked in and she was racing around like mad,
to be honest i thought somthing bad was happening, i quickly took the tub out and looked in lifted her hide and there was a monster
snake poo. Along closer inspection of the rub there was also "spray" all around it (sorry for the crudeness) I really dono what is
going on with this girl... snakes can fart? really loudly? whats happening lol

I would think that at 900g and being an '11 it's perfectly possible for her to go off food over winter. Wait her out, she'll come good soon enough

I'm not much help with her behaviour as only have a young royal myself. Although I can confirm that snakes do indeed fart,my MBK and hoggie are serial trumpers lol!
