I live in County Durham.
There's moors all around me, not just one, and woods. Allens Ford is a huge Nature reserve that is litrally just a street away from me. I have the Derwent Resivuar (can't spell that) just two hours walk away from my house that I like to try and get to in the Summer when I'm feeling good enough. I have another Res called Smiddy in the other diretion. I've got Hamsterly Forest that I found out would be a two hour bike ride and that's all through the moors to get there. So I'd love to try and get there some time if I could find a quieter area to be.
Endless different places really. Can never get bored. And I'm always out somewhere, with my camera gear, whenever I can be : )

Yeah, I can see your point there. That would make a difference. All that up and down hills 'n' rough ground.

Just me and my zoo.

Yeah :P all the places you can go,it's hardly just sitting on a bike hehe.

If you can't do a short kinda power ride, then take the camera and ride around at your own speed, stopping to take pics and what not :)

Sometimes I have to do that when I'm walking. So I'm guessing I might have to do it more with a bike, at least at first.

I haven't got the energy spare not too! : )

I still need a way to excercise in the house though, for when I can't get outside.
I've read about how people convert their bike into an indoor excercise bike, but I'm not sure how you'd go about doing that : /
Although knowing me I've probably got that wrong somewhere along the line.

You know,if you do it right :) you can take like two days off a week. But like you say,it does rain alot here hehe.So having a backup thing to do indoors would help :)

Yeah, I just wish I could work this speed rope out. Still can't seem to get the hang of jumping over a bit of plastic : /

Anyway, I'll keep looking around for something I like the look of.
