So I've just put my boa back into his viv and as he slid through my hand past his mid section it mad a strange noise like trapped wind moving around or maybe he passed wind? Is this normal? Do snakes fart lol? |

Yeah sounds perfectly normal. Normally they like to do a silent but deadly, but sometimes you hear it. |

haha. it felt really strange like air moving about! luckily no smell this time! its bad enough with my 7 week old baby farting all day and now the snakes are at it! |

Haha. Snake farts are one of the most surprising realities of life I've ever experienced. Dog hiccups are also quite high on the list |

This reminds me of "an idiot abroad" lol. I think he's in Thailand or somewhere at a cobra place and one of the cobras farts lol. The guy who handles the cobras in it is missing a few fingers... crazy fool!! |

Aye stomach squelching, I also get that when I'm trying to palpate for eggs or follicles >.> really disappointing. |

I've never felt it before or with my royal so I'm glad its nothing to worry about! he's due to be fed 2moro. Should I wait a few days for it to go? |

You can feed as normal, noisy gut is nothing to worry about on its own for a slow digesting meat eater. Rat turns to liquid and gas when broken down by acid and enzymes. |
