Hi Folks - my little normal now has a name (Honey) and has today 'struck and wrapped' for the first time since I got her :)
Some details for any fellow newbies, who might benefit from my mistakes!! - I spent a while last night trying to interest her in the frozen-thawed (looked yummy to me!) mouse - no interest - left mouse in tub overnight (this worked last week!) - mousey still there this morning - I decided the mouse might not have been warm enough, so I got a fresh one, thawed it out in hottish water, dipped its head in near-boiling (!) water for half a minute, offered to Honey (who was in warm hide with only head visible) and WHAPP! Fantastic! I might have cracked it! - on the other hand, I guess I shouldn't take too much for granted ;)

| Good news. We tried with load of options to get Slinky eating again. Eventually the tuna oil worked. Although I'm still expecting that to be a one off. Next feed will tell. |

I pop my frozen mice in a sandwich bag and pour boiling water over it untill soft and warm. Then wiggle it around untill i get the whamm.
Hopefully yours isnt a one off :) |
