Guys can anyone tell me why people put bottles of water in the bottom of there incubators??

Im rather confused

It acts like a heat sink, the mass of the water at a stable temp helps to keep the air temps stable

When there heated up in the incubator
They will get the temps back up to when they should be after opening the doors quicker
