Hey guys and girls. Well my local museum in Chelmsford, Essex. Was holding an open day thing. With special guests of snakes alive and few other attractions like owls etc. but enough of the boring stuff. Lets talk reptiles. Only a small range was there but was a good experience. Handling large snakes. Even over coming my fear of spiders.

At the end of the day I spoke to the owner of snakes alive and he's asked me to email him regarding some volunteering work. Many shows and bookings over Essex. local schools, fetes, etc and all summer long. So it's a start to build up my knowledge :-). Result.

Anyway guys enjoy my pictures. And feel free to comment.

Great pics, and lots of great animals. I presume this is a company that travels around showing off exotics. You would think all the travelling/handling etc might stress out snakes, but they all look very healthy and long living!!
Thanks for sharing :)

Super pics & a great opportunity awaits by the sounds of it.
The Tiger Salamander looks very much like the Fire Salamander I have living here in the wild. Is there a great difference? I once had one trying walk into the house when the door was open on a warm rainy night.
