My royal has just shed but quite a few of his scales are still dull and he looks patchy. Is this still shed? Not had this before.


1.0.0 Royal python- Kaa
1.0.0 German shepherd- Riley
0.3.0 Cats- Does not matter they won't come to you
1.0.0 Red Footed Tortoise- Nemo
1.0.0 Boa- Bison
0.0.1 Brocky- Bearded dragon

Hard to get picture but got one. You call see his golden parts are patchy. He's never been like this.

Any ideas. Thanks

Looks like it could be a couple of patches if old skin left behind, would not worry to much. You could run him through a warm damp tea towel a few times to get it off, as long as you have the tail tip, an eye caps your good till next shed

he's either got a few scale's left on like richard say's or he's just taken some of the pigment out of those scale's when he shed one of my old royal's did that a few time's

Does the pigment come back or anything? I hope he hasn't lost the pigment.

yes it come's back it will get darker after a while an after the next shed you probably wont notice it
