thank's all yes the bull's have a slightly mad feeding response, most of the time they lift the hide's while sort of trying to constrict the rat's.
the carpet python is a cool little thing and a great feeder, still amazes me how much his skinny neck stretches when eating a small weiner rat |

yea they all strike feed pretty much every time now.
