Managed to get 4 viper geckos. 1 male, 3 females. They are only 6 weeks old so long wait before try can breed. They are tiny!!



Might need a smaller water bowl lol

Fierce names for such a little gecko lol! What substrate is that?

Habistat repti sand. Was recommended it in the shop. Every care sheet I have read said both adults and hatchlings do well on sand, an I was told there was no risk of impaction with this stuff.
They are named viper geckos because of their rough scales. Their nickname (carrot tail or turnip tailed gecko) is probably better suited.

Viper gecko definitely sounds better than a carrot gecko lol

They are amazing, seem really active and great feeders.
The girl who sold them to me had to fill in a form which asked for the weight of the animal being sold. She put all 4 of them on the scales and it didnt register any weight at all lol.
