Had a nice tax return so I'm looking at a new pet. Preferably something different. Hopefully getting a scorpling soon. But want something else too. Wanna spend only a few hundred pound. If I get something smaller I can get more different species.

Any ideas.

Crested geckos are good fun!! you can probably get a full setup and gecko for around £150. They are great fun to handle, they jump around lots and stick to things.

i was going to recommend them to they seem like they dont stop running around so you lots of time watching them

Tokay's are really cool too, but generally tend to be very aggressive. They can give nasty bites and they dont let go. But they are stunning animals.

They look amazing. Just a "normal" Tokay has the brightest colours! but they are display animals. I've seen a few YouTube videos of people handling their though. And to make them even cooler they bark at you lol

They are damn cool geckos, but I think if you're going down the root of 'display' animals, then I prefer the madagascan day gecko. I guess it depends what colours you like lol.
Tokay gecko - blue with orange spots (bitey)
madagascan - BRIGHT green with red marks (flighty and damn fast)
