Far too many times I see posts where people need a vet and have no clue where their nearest exotics vet is. So this weekend do some research, find out your nearest exotics vet, find out their emergency procedures (you might need to ring them for this information). You absolutely have to know this information because emergencies do happen and time looking for a vet is time wasted in getting things sorted.
Please post below the exotics vet you have found with as much info as possible about them, I will be following up any information and when confirmed I will compile a useful list of vets.
Michael Griffith B Vet Med MRCV Michael Griffith graduated from London Veterinary School in 1993. He spent 2 years in mixed practice in England before joining Jubilee Veterinary Centre in 1995 and has been a director for over 10 years. He is involved in all aspects of the practice especially exotic animals including private birds and reptiles. Michael is the main vet for Belfast zoo.
