You'll have to send him a check WS because he hasn't got a Paypal account. I'll ask him though because since he's only going to take the payment to work anyway, work might have something set up already for online payments.

Hi Anne,
I'll find out the cost including postage.
Probably send A cheque straight to my work and we'll send you the t-shirt(s) straight out to you. I'll get the details emailed to you tomorrow (when I'm back at work)
This will be an on going thing and I've been meaning to do it properly in a shop area for a while now.
I'm still debating about how to do it, and that domain name we were talking about before for a banner to all the sites.
(along with the long awaited competition forum... I am working on it honest!)
Will post pics up soon of one of the Ts so people can see the quality of the embroidery!
