Sorry it has taken me ages to put up some pics of my new little boy, as he is feeding now and alot less nervous I thought I'd get him out for a quick photo-shoot.

Thats his name. Can't be shortened to Richard either.

Taken from "Life of Pi" by Yann Martel. In the story its the name of a Bengal tiger who is stranded on life boat at sea with a young Indian boy. The hunter who caught the wild tiger and then sold it to a zoo accidently put his name in the animal's name box,when filling in a form.

Thought it was kind of apt, a dangerous wild animal tamed by a twelve year old boy. Ok my snake isn't really dangerous but then I'm not twelve any more either.
