| Sort of. We were on the way back from Donny and it bucketed down on the way through Abbeytown, then we drove out of it and it was dry all the way to Silloth. If it rained now I'd probably go out and stand in it. |

Too true, the wife and I used to go to silloth, get some chips from the chippy on the corner and then park up next to the life boat station.
You get some lovely views over the Solway on a clear night. |

| Ah, 'tis a good chippy! Before I moved up I was standing in the shallows fishing one night at about 10ish, watching the sun set behind the hills and thinking that I could get used to it up here. |

| Nah, it's a much more tasteful cream colour now. In fact, it's not been pink since I moved up about 18 months ago. |
