Thanks - the plan is to have a go at breeding - for a hobby, but wont be for a few years have to be grown on. Not going to make a big thing out of it as they are pets as well and need to be treated as such. This new fella is sooo friendly and wants to be handled all the time - the shop owner usually gets him out to show people how friendly Royals can be....not for long though!
Funny you are saying that about high contrast - we have been researching the books and he does seem to have those features although we are not 100% sure. He has already been booked to do a service come the end of the year if all goes well - so tell Cleo she could be in for a chance yet!!
A few pitures of Ziggy out on the rampage last night - showing he is really settling in well.
Havent fed him yet - this is due on Thursday - he is currently on mice, which I will continue with until he fully settles in - then will think about converting!!
