Feb/Mar to May/June ish. Most people will cool for a couple of months prior to that too and then slowly warm them up.

Do some breaders not abide by this as you see Royals being "late 08" ?

Yes, if they breed in June you will get babies in Aug/Sep, some even later. Its up to the snakes really
