well the corn ate straight away Rudi however seems not interested in the slightest so ive brained the rat pup and left it in and coverd the tank

1 of my young royals wouldnt take a feed even tho i was also told she was strike feeding, i done the eave it in then the braining it scenting but nothing tempted her i then cut the belly open on a fuzz and put that in her rub and within mins it had been eaten, messy but worked

3.4 corn snakes
1.3 corn x rat snakes
4.3 royal pythons
4.2 king snakes
0.1 BCI

Hi karl no he doesnt even look interested even if i put him in a small box with the rat pup ive got him coverd up now until sunday when ill try him AGAIN patience is the name of the game!!!!!

are you defrosting & heating the food the same way as where you got him from?

i know you have him in a rub now, but what is it set up like?

this link will give you an idea on how to set up rubs for non feeders..

if he is shedding you will have to leave him anyway so just carry on as normal..

and even if he wasnt no you would not have to, it is just adding a bit of decor to his bedroom...lol...
