I recently posted a thread about camping in 2010..... I thought of a beta idea than camping in this area.... what about goin in wales..... I found some info on 1 place called shell island. Here it is.......
Facilities Shell Island has most of it's facilities centrally located in the middle of the Island behind the leisure complex. The main toilet block has 14 cubicles for the ladies and 10 cubicles and 6 urinals for the gents. Hot and cold running water in some 19 wash basins. To the side of the main block is the Elsan disposal point for chemical toilets. Shaver points are provided in the gents (240v.)
The Shower block, located directly behind the main toilets, built in 1992 ,has a further two toilet cubicles for both ladies and gents. All showers are lined with stainless steel, with a small area with a seat for changing in each cubicle. The Water is temperature controlled at a single comfortable temperature and operated by a push button ( NO TOKENS/CASH NEEDED). The opening times are 8.00 am - 1.00PM and 4.00pm until 10.00 pm. A single disabled cubicle is available with toilet, shower and wash basin. Entry by RADAR Key. A ladies Hair drying room is provided with 13 amp sockets. Bring your own hair dryers.
There are other toilets available adjoining the Green Cabin near the yacht basin. Other toilets are available within the Snack Bar and Tavern Bar. During the main season single chemical toilets are placed around the site in blocks. There are some 35 water points spread across the island. Adjoining some of the waterpoints are waste water disposal points.
All campers are asked to take all their rubbish to a skip sealed in a bin bag. There are 22 fire extinguisher points across the island and all camping sites are within 200 meters of one of these points.
The Laundrette located next to the Supermarket has three dryers and Three washing machines. One Washing machine is capable of boil washing. The washing machines are coin operated at £3.00, and the Dryers run on 20 pence coins ( for 6 mins). Washing powder bags (measured amount for 1 wash) 60 p Camping There are some 300 acres of land allocated to camping. This makes SHELL ISLAND the biggest camp site in the UK, and the Biggest camping site in Europe. We do not allocate pitches, so you can therefore find your ideal pitch yourself. Unfortunately we only have a camping license and therefore cannot accept Caravans. On arrival to Shell Island, Campers must call in at The Reception office to check in. On arrival you will receive a Car pass and an information pack. Campers will only be admitted between 8.00 am and 8pm (9pm on Fridays). Accounts are to be paid on arrival. You must have your own mode of transport, i.e a car. Groups arriving by train will not be permitted. Golden Rules Campers may not pitch within 20 meters of another tent in the same field, unless prior agreement is reached with adjoining campers. Campers are not allowed fires on the ground, on any part of the site/ sand dunes. Fires must be raised off the ground in a firebin or a B-B-Q, with an air gap in between.
With the site being so big, we have over 35 water points, 22 fire extinguisher points and over 4 miles of roads and tracks across the Island. We have a shower and toilet block centrally situated (including hot +cold basins). If you wish to camp further afield, then bring your own Portaloo. Elsan Disposal point available to the side of the main toilet block. Shell Island is a Families and Couples Campsite. We do not accept Single Sex groups, or Youngsters camping by themselves without parental supervision. CAMPING TERMS FOR 2009 March - June, Sept & Oct (excluding Whit Week & Firework Weekend) Adult: £6.00 per night -£35 per adult weekly rate July & August (including Whit Week & Firework Weekend) Adult: £7.00 per night -£40 per adult weekly rate Child: £3.00 per night -£18 per child weekly rate (3-15 years old) Dogs (max. 2): £2.00 each per night Boats on Trailers: £5.00 per night / £30 per week Valid Insurance necessary and Council registration needed befor launching on site.

I'm thinkin of doin a July date instead so it makes it a lil bit easier for every 1.
This years prices for july are: Adult: £7.00 per night Child: £3.00 per night -£18 per child (3-15 years old).
Hopefuly wont change by next year but lets see..... so does every 1 wanna go in july....... will it make it easier for every1?? And can people start helping me advertise this trip on the other threads please, it'd be a great help!!
