I re-arranged the room today which meant moving all the vivs. So I picked him up off his ledge next to the water bowl, he was perfectly behaved, popped him down and removed the heavy stuff and moved the viv.

Went to put his water bowl back in and he tried to strike me! Thankfully he missed but the mardy git is in my bad books now. First time he's done that. Could be hungry I suppose, I normally feed him on a Saturday (tomorrow)

Its not likly that he would strike at you because hes hungry, he was probably scared from the sounds of moving the vivs and quick movements.

Yeah, sometimes being moved does freak them out a bit. My perfectly docile corn tried to strike me since I moved house with her.

My little royal is in the habbit of striking at me regular now when i'm cleaning him out. Has even struck as I walked past his RUB...
